Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
